30 days, no questions
If a frame is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. Frames must be returned in their original condition with the case and cloth.
How to return
- Email us at bambooec35@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within the United States.
- Pack the frame in its original case, with all packaging and protection included.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier drop-off point.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of the parcel arriving at our fulfilment centre.
Return shipping is free of charge within the United States. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
Made-to-order lenses
Prescription lenses cut to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty or the prescription is wrong.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
